You can earn $1000 for referring our buyer. How does this work, you ask?
- Send the name of any potential buyer to house@petersenhome.com . We will not contact any referral but if they ultimately purchase our house, you will receive the referral fee.
- The buyer may also tell use who referred them and how to reach them. If they ultimately purchase our house, you get the fee!
- Once the house closes, I will send you $1000!
It's pretty simple but of course, to make sure there are no misunderstandings, there are a few rules.
- We must receive the referral's name before they make an offer on the house. If they make an offer before we get the referrers name, no finder fee will be paid.
- If two people refer the same party, the first person who refers the party will get the fee if the party ultimately purchases our house.
- The referral fee will be paid once the house has closed.
- I am not legally required to pay a fee. There is nothing to sign or no binding agreement. You will just have to take my word that I will pay you if you refer the person who purchases our house.
- If I list this house with a Realtor, I have the discretion to stop the referral offer.
- If the buyer uses a Realtor, and I have to pay a fee, then I will not pay a referral fee in addition to the Realtor fee.
