Earn $1000 For Referring Our Buyer

You can earn $1000 for referring our buyer.  How does this work, you ask?

  1. Send the name of any potential buyer to house@petersenhome.com .  We will not contact any referral but if they ultimately purchase our house, you will receive the referral fee.
  2.  The buyer may also tell use who referred them and how to reach them.  If they ultimately purchase our house, you get the fee!
  3. Once the house closes, I will send you $1000!


It's pretty simple but of course, to make sure there are no misunderstandings, there are a few rules.

  1. We must receive the referral's name before they make an offer on the house.  If they make an offer before we get the referrers name, no finder fee will be paid.
  2.  If two people refer the same party, the first person who refers the party will get the fee if the party ultimately purchases our house.
  3. The referral fee will be paid once the house has closed.
  4. I  am not legally required to pay a fee.  There is nothing to sign or no binding agreement.  You will just have to take my word that I will pay you if you refer the person who purchases our house.
  5. If I list this house with a Realtor, I have the discretion to stop the referral offer.
  6. If the buyer uses a Realtor, and I have to pay a fee, then I will not pay a referral fee in addition to the Realtor fee.
